Fleet Graphics for Rhode Island Service Trades, Delivery, and Multi-Location Operators
A single wrapped van is a sign. A wrapped fleet is a system. When fifteen, fifty, or two hundred vehicles drive past customers every day with the same colors, the same logo placement, the same typography, and the same overall identity, the brand stops looking like a contractor and starts looking like an operator. That difference is what fleet graphics deliver.
Signway RI designs, prints, installs, and supports fleet graphics programs for Rhode Island service trades, delivery and logistics operators, multi-location retailers and restaurants, construction contractors, healthcare and mobile service operators, and any business running multiple branded vehicles across the state.
We design, install, and service across Providence, Cranston, Warwick, East Providence, North Kingstown, Johnston, and Newport.
Why Fleet Graphics Are Different from Single-Vehicle Wraps
Single-vehicle wraps are product orders. Fleet graphics are programs. The fabrication is the same vinyl on the same trucks, but everything around it operates differently.
Fleet programs require a documented design system that holds across every vehicle make, model, year, and size, staged production that does not pull every truck off the road at once, new-vehicle onboarding so trucks added next year match the trucks installed this year, and refresh cycles, damage repair, and consistent brand standards across years of operations. None of this is solved by ordering one wrap at a time.
We treat fleet graphics as a program from the first conversation. The design is built once and applied at scale. The schedule rolls out at a cadence that matches your operations.
Fleet Program Services
Design System Development
A fleet design system documents how your brand applies to every vehicle in the inventory. Logo placement, color rules, typography, contact information formats, and DOT-required identification are all built into a single design template that adapts to each vehicle type. New vehicles get wrapped to the same standard without rebuilding the design every time.
Phased Production and Rollout
Multi-vehicle programs roll out in phases that keep your fleet operational. We schedule production in batches, coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery on a rolling schedule, and stage installation so trucks return to service as quickly as possible. For larger fleets, we maintain a project log that tracks every vehicle through design, production, install, and warranty.
New-Vehicle Onboarding
When you add a vehicle to the fleet, we wrap it to the same design system and same install standard as the rest of the fleet. New trucks match existing trucks. The fleet stays consistent as it grows.
Damage Repair and Panel Replacement
Vehicles take damage. Side panels get scraped at job sites. Doors get dinged. Bumpers get replaced. We repair or replace damaged graphics on individual vehicles without re-wrapping the entire truck, often within one to three business days from the photo of the damage.
Fleet Refresh and Brand Updates
When the brand evolves, the fleet needs to evolve with it. We coordinate phased fleet refreshes that update every vehicle on a rolling schedule, often timed to vehicle replacement cycles or operational windows that minimize downtime.
Multi-Location Coordination
For multi-location operators with vehicles across multiple cities or states, we coordinate consistent design and install standards across every location. Centralized design management. Local install partners or staged Rhode Island production for vehicles that can come to our shop.
Vehicle Types Fleet Programs
We wrap every commercial vehicle type that runs on Rhode Island roads.
- Vans and Service Trucks
Sprinter vans, cargo vans, work vans, pickup trucks, and service trucks for trades, delivery, and mobile services.
- Box Trucks and Step Vans
Larger vehicles with significant flat side panels for high-impact branding and full graphic coverage.
- Trailers
Box trailers, refrigerated trailers, equipment trailers, and any towed unit that runs on the highway behind a branded power vehicle.
- Specialty Vehicles
Tow trucks, tankers, refrigerated trucks, food trucks, mobile imaging units, and custom-built commercial vehicles requiring fitted graphics.
- Mixed Fleets
Programs combining multiple vehicle types under a single coordinated design system.
Materials and Durability
Fleet vehicles work harder than personal vehicles. Heavier mileage, harsher washing schedules, more weather exposure, more job-site contact. The materials need to match.
We specify commercial-grade cast vinyl from 3M, Avery, and Oracal with laminate overlays rated for UV exposure, abrasion, chemical resistance, and frequent washing. Standard fleet wrap materials carry five-to-seven-year manufacturer warranties when properly installed and maintained. For vehicles operating in industrial, marine, or high-abrasion conditions, we specify premium materials with extended warranties.
Color matching is held to brand-standard Pantone or matched-color references on every vehicle, so the fleet looks consistent across batch productions and across years of installs.
Operational Scheduling
Fleet graphics installations are scheduled around your operations, not ours. We coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery, off-hours installation windows, replacement-vehicle planning, and weekend or overnight production runs depending on what your fleet can spare.
For active fleets that cannot tolerate vehicle downtime, we install in batches and stage replacement vehicles where needed. For fleets with seasonal cycles, we schedule major rollouts during slow seasons and emergency repairs during peak.

Pricing for Fleet Graphics
Fleet pricing is different from single-vehicle pricing. Volume discounts apply across the program. Design costs amortize across every vehicle in the inventory. Production efficiencies on batch runs lower per-unit cost. Damage repair, refresh cycles, and new-vehicle onboarding price separately as ongoing program work.
Most Rhode Island fleet programs scope out as multi-phase projects with documented per-vehicle pricing, scheduled rollout, and ongoing program management costs. We quote the full program rather than vehicle-by-vehicle.
