How to Reach Us
Service Area: Providence, Cranston, Warwick, East Providence, North Kingstown, Johnston, Newport, and surrounding Rhode Island commercial corridors.
What Happens When You Reach Out
When you contact Signway RI, here is what to expect.
First Response
Every inquiry is reviewed directly by our core team. You will hear back from a SignWay project specialist within one business day to discuss your project.
Initial Conversation
We ask about your project, your timeline, your property, and any constraints you already know about. The conversation typically runs ten to twenty minutes and ends with a clear next step.
Site Visit
For most commercial sign projects, we schedule a site visit to walk the property, photograph conditions, verify dimensions, and review applicable code and historic-district rules. Most site visits happen within five to ten business days of the initial conversation.
Quote and Recommendation
After the site visit, we return a documented quote, a permit path, a fabrication timeline, and an install date. The quote is fixed and the scope is in writing.
Project Start
Once you approve the quote, we file permits, schedule fabrication, and coordinate installation. Throughout the project, you have a single point of contact accountable for every step.
What to Include in Your First Message
To get the fastest, most useful response, include as much of the following as you can.
- The property address where the sign will be installed
- A short description of what you need (storefront sign, monument, lobby sign, wayfinding program, etc.)
- Your timeline (opening date, rebrand date, lease-end deadline, or just "as soon as possible")
- Any existing brand standards, logos, or design materials
- A photo of the building or proposed sign location, if available
- Any constraints you already know about (historic district, landlord requirements, budget range)
The more we know up front, the more useful the first conversation is.
