What Rhode Island Buyers Say About SignWay
Customer testimonials and project references will appear on this page as SignWay's project portfolio builds. Every customer who works with us is asked, after their project is complete, whether they would share a written review. We would rather earn the review than request it. The result of the building speaks first; the customer's words tell the rest of the story.
Becoming a Founding Client
SignWay is a new company, and our early-project partners help shape the reputation we are building. In exchange for a written review once their project is complete, founding clients receive priority scheduling, transparent pricing, and case-study rights.
If you are a property manager, developer, retailer, restaurant, healthcare practice, or any commercial buyer evaluating a sign partner, and you would consider being a founding client, we would like to talk. The relationship we build with our first customers is the foundation of the long-term reputation we are building.
What Founding Clients Get
A partner who owns the outcome
From first call to final walkthrough, the result is our responsibility. You get a project taken off your desk, not added to it.
Priority scheduling
Your project moves to the front of the production schedule. We hold install dates and meet them.
Transparent pricing
Every line item is documented. No hidden costs, no scope creep, no surprise add-ons after the project starts.
Case study rights
Your project becomes a documented case study future customers can reference. We use the work as a teaching example for our team and a credibility marker for the company.
Dedicated project management
A single point of contact through the project. Rick himself, or a senior project manager he assigns, owns the work end to end.
Written closeout documentation
Every project ends with a documented package: permit records, as-built photos, warranty terms, maintenance recommendations, and ongoing service options.
How We Earn Reviews
We do not ask for reviews. We earn them.
Customers review companies that show up on time, communicate before they have to ask, deliver on every commitment, and stand behind the work long after the install. We design SignWay's operating standards around those behaviors, and around doing more than the brief required. The reviews follow.
For every project, we deliver a closeout package, confirm the customer is satisfied with the outcome, and offer a follow-up call if anything needs to be addressed. Customers who are happy with the result are asked, separately, if they would share a written review. The customers who say yes have their reviews posted here.
Other Ways to Verify the Work
Beyond customer reviews, we offer prospective customers several ways to verify what we deliver before committing to a project.
Reference calls
We arrange direct conversations with previous customers for serious buyers evaluating us against other vendors.
Site visits
For larger projects, we walk prospective buyers through installed work at consenting customer sites.
Documented closeout packages
We share redacted closeout documentation from previous projects so buyers can see exactly what we deliver and how we manage a job.
Trade and vendor references
Our trade partners, suppliers, and material vendors are available as references on operational reliability and payment behavior.
Service Areas
We work across Rhode Island's most active commercial corridors.
