Designers and Drafters
Sign concept development, dimensional drawings, permit-ready production files, brand integration, and master sign program documentation. Looking for designers who can work from architectural drawings and produce fabrication-ready output.
Fabricators
In-shop sign fabrication across aluminum, acrylic, HDU foam, vinyl, LED systems, and dimensional letter work. Looking for fabricators with attention to detail, quality-control discipline, and a track record of clean production.
Installers and Field Crew
Commercial sign installation including building-mounted, monument, pylon, interior, and vehicle wrap work. Looking for installers who handle lifts, electrical, and structural mounting professionally, and who leave properties cleaner than they found them.
Project Managers
End-to-end project coordination from first conversation through closeout. Looking for project managers who communicate clearly with customers, coordinate with trades, track permits and approvals, and deliver projects on schedule.
Sales and Customer-Facing Roles
Project intake, customer relationship management, and business development with property managers, developers, retailers, and commercial buyers. Looking for professionals who lead with curiosity, listen carefully, and represent the company with integrity.
Administrative and Operational Roles
Office administration, scheduling, accounting, and operational support roles that keep the company running. Looking for organized, reliable team members who care about the work behind the work.

Signway RI works with vetted Rhode Island trade partners on projects requiring licensed electrical, structural engineering, certified rigging, or specialty fabrication beyond our in-house capability.
